Lung Cancer: Caused by Smoking

Smoking is one of the most known vices in the world. Lots of people are getting addicted to this every minute and a lot of people are dying or suffering from complications because of excessive smoking and this doesn’t only include the smoker but as well as the people around him, also known as second-hand smokers.

According to the studies conducted, almost 90% of the people who have Lung Cancer resulted from tobacco use and it is increasing as time passes-by especially that the age range of the people whose smoking are greatly widening. Younger generation started to smoke when what they must be doing is playing around with other kids, this is alarming since the teenagers or even the children have weaker immune system and smoking may cause them greater danger unlike for those who are in their adult years.

In tobacco, there are two primary carcinogens or the chemicals that causes cancer and these are: nitrosamines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Although there are lots of other chemicals a tobacco have these are the most prone to cause cancer to a human. Until now studies are being conducted to discover something that might entirely cure the said disease but sadly, though there are what we call cancer survivors, there are people who didn’t make it especially those who doesn’t have the money to afford all the treatment and medicine needed for them to feel better.

Smoking is prohibited but as long as people are doing this then there is no way it can get banned in a place, especially that it is also used as a stress reliever for some people. Still its negative effect on one’s health is evident, even those e-cigarettes that was invented is said to have an effect to a person’s health. And that is also despite the presence of hypnosis.
Non-smokers can also develop lung cancer, since they can still inhale the smoke being puffed by a smoker. It goes directly inhaled to the lungs and may have an impact in his health or most likely to create a complication in his lungs that may lead to cancer. That is why stop smoking hypnotherapy should be pushed through.

Before, smoking is not really rampant. A person is contented to finish up one stick a day, but now people are more engaged in smoking, it may be due to peer pressure, their curiosity in the growing number of people who’s using this way to relieve stress or they just wanted to give it a try but then they got hooked. Better yet, people with such addiction should get into hypnotherapy so that the addiction would be stopped instantly.
There are doctors that may help you once you got diagnosed to have this illness but there is no assurance that you will be cured especially if it has been so late. Always remember that prevention is better than cure, so you might want to re-consider again before you lit up that stick.
